Return & Refund Policy

At ExpertShopy, we value our customers and aim to resolve issues fairly. Please read this policy carefully.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Customers must contact us directly within 24 hours of delivery to request a return.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Proof Required:
Photos or videos of the product and packaging are mandatory.


Refunds (Only Through Contacting Us)

  • Refunds are not processed automatically.

  • Refunds are issued only after the customer contacts us and the request is approved by our team.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time is 5–10 business days after approval.

For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after the customer provides the required details.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product ordered by the customer

  • Minor color or design variations

  • Used or damaged products due to customer handling

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation and refund are not possible.
